Associate Attorney
Job Details
We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience to join our growing Texas team.
The Role
- Work on a diverse litigation practice that includes: Commercial Trucking & Transportation Defense, Construction Defect Litigation, General Liability Defense, Personal Injury Defense
- Manage litigation files
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft motions
- Attend hearings
- Participate in mediations
- Work directly with clients
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar license
- 3-7 years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Experience with commercial trucking, transportation, construction defect, general liability, or personal injury defense
- Strong legal writing and motion practice skills
- Excellent communication and case management abilities
