About the role

A San Bernardino-based civil litigation firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with civil litigation experience to represent public entities, including cities, school districts, and government agencies, in complex, sensitive matters involving employment law and civil rights. The role focuses on employment litigation and involves hands-on responsibility across all stages of case work, along with direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment litigation cases
• Manage and develop legal strategies for complex cases
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Interact directly with clients to discuss case progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff

Requirements

• At least 2 years of civil litigation defense experience
• Active California Bar admission
• Strong legal writing, research, and litigation skills
• Ability to manage matters independently with increasing responsibility

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
