The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in Joint Venture Structuring. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on complex and challenging legal matters in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to our clients, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to client service.

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents.
