Job Details
Our North Jersey office is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This position is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of insurance defense experience who has developed a strong background handling New Jersey automobile liability matters.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
Handle New Jersey automobile liability litigation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and dispositive motions
Conduct and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys
Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial proceedings
Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and experts
