Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of workers' compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
- Appear at hearings and depositions
- Maintain communication with carriers, employers, and clients
- Negotiate settlements and evaluate exposure
- Prepare legal analysis and case strategy updates
Qualifications
We're seeking someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing deadlines in a high-volume litigation environment. Experience level: open to various experience levels.
Pay
$120,000 - $175,000 per year
