Associate Attorney
Job Details
- Represent appraisal districts in property tax litigation, arbitration proceedings, and valuation disputes throughout Texas
- Advise clients on property tax matters, including exemptions, special appraisal designations, and related legal issues
- Manage a high-volume docket from initial case evaluation through resolution, including motions, discovery, hearings, and trial preparation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with appraisal district clients, property owners, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted advisor on complex property valuation and tax-related matters
- Develop expertise in the Texas Property Tax Code and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
