Associate Attorney

This is a dynamic opportunity for an attorney who thrives in a varied practice and wants to build meaningful experience across multiple disciplines - without being boxed into a single niche.

Responsibilities

• Handling business and commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, and business torts
• Serving as a support for transactional real estate work - drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conducting due diligence, leasing, and closing deals
• Managing general civil litigation matters from intake through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, filing motions, and preparing for trials
• Conducting legal research and drafting memos, briefs, and correspondence
• Working directly with clients and senior attorneys in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the state
• 1-4 years of experience in litigation, real estate, or a general civil practice (new admits with strong internship or clerkship backgrounds encouraged to apply)
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Able to manage multiple matters and deadlines with confidence
• A team player who is eager to grow and take on increasing responsibility
