Associate Attorney
About the role
The Denver, Colorado office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing Health Care and General Liability Defense practice. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and office, learn from experienced litigators, participate in case strategy and development, and both interact with and develop firm clients.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on injury defense matters
- Participate in case strategy and development
- Interact with and develop firm clients
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of civil litigation experience involving injury defense
- Active member in good standing of the Colorado Bar
Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective negotiation and advocacy abilities
- Proficient in legal research and writing

Pay
Salary Range: $130k-160k depending on experience (plus benefits)
