Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Draft settlements, default judgments, summonses and complaints, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all legal activities and communications.
• Limited court work based on necessity.

Qualifications

• Permitted to practice law in New York State
• Must be admitted to NYS Bar Association
• At least 2 years of legal drafting experience
• Fluent understanding of electronic filing via NYSCEF
• Excellent LexisNexis skills
• Strong legal writer
• Familiarity with legal administrative processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently

With over 20 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 27,000 locations and growing.
