Associate Attorney

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and court appearances.
• Work directly with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with case strategy and litigation planning.
• Travel as needed for client meetings, investigations, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Handle fact-intensive matters requiring independent judgment and initiative.

Requirements

• A J.D. degree.
• An active bar license for Colorado.
• At least three years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and case management skills.
• Deposition experience preferred.
