About the role

The Broker is responsible for originating and executing commercial real estate transactions, with a focus on tenant representation, real estate services for multi-market business and office leasing. This role builds and maintains long-term client relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and advises clients using market knowledge, data, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Nurture existing relationships to obtain repeat and referral business
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Stay on top of market statistics and trends
• Consult and advise clients on their real estate situation
• Prepare request for proposals (RFPs) and market comparisons
• Lead or assist sales pitches & presentations
• Negotiate lease terms
• Conduct showings and market tours

Requirements

• Strong office market knowledge
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Client-focused
• Detail-oriented
• Strong real estate transactional skills
• Problem-solving/analysis
• Financial aptitude

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, real estate, or related fields
• Real Estate License preferred

Skills

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Costar
• Salesforce or other CRM

Pay

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the position is: $55,000 Draw + Commissions
