About the role

VWH Capital Management, LP is an SEC-registered investment advisor and private equity firm focused on the U.S. distressed residential mortgage space. With $3.3B in assets under management, VWH seeks to generate long-term returns in securitized products, distressed credit, and whole loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage investment activities in distressed residential mortgage space.
• Participate in due diligence and asset management processes.
• Work closely with institutional investors to manage assets.
• Contribute to the firm's reputation through industry awards and recognition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in distressed residential mortgage investments.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and distressed debt.
• Experience with securitization and asset management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA preferred.
