Associate, Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Write scripts and build internal tools to automate asset lifecycle workflows, including procurement, provisioning, refresh, and decommissioning
• Develop data pipelines to maintain accurate inventory across multiple systems (ServiceNow, SCCM, procurement platforms)
• Contribute to dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibility into asset inventory and compliance
• Identify and automate manual, repetitive processes
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and vendor partners to enhance cross-functional communication skills
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance and address operational metrics

Requirements

• Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• Some hands-on coding experience — coursework, projects, internships, or personal work all count
• Proficiency in Python or another scripting/programming language
• Comfortable working in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
• Curiosity about how large-scale IT operations work
• Internship or project experience with automation, data pipelines, or internal tooling
• Familiarity with APIs, SQL, or enterprise platforms like ServiceNow or Jira
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Strong communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates
• Self-starter who'd rather build a fix than write a ticket about the problem

• The estimated salary range for this position is $70,600.00 to $ 109,400.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable).
• This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
