Associate, Asset Management (Deal Flow)

About the Role

CSC is seeking an experienced Associate to join our Asset Management team, playing a critical role at the front end of CSC’s leasing lifecycle. This position directly supports Sales, Credit, and Procurement teams as the source of equipment expertise, driving opportunities from screening to funding. The role requires autonomy, urgency, and strong cross-team collaboration to ensure deals move quickly and accurately through the process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Credit & Investment to screen new opportunities and provide indicative equipment appraisals via screening reports.
  • Build and present formal asset appraisals through the Investment Committee process to support final investment decisions.
  • Coordinate between Sales, Underwriting, Procurement, and Administration to initiate procurement with equipment quotation review and approval.
  • Help ensure a smooth, efficient process from screening to procurement.

Requirements

  • Executional ownership—driving processes to completion with independence and urgency.
  • Strong attention to detail, delivering accurate and complete documentation under tight timelines.
  • Strong cross-team communication and collaboration, with a service mindset.
  • Client-facing readiness—professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented in interactions with vendors and customers.
  • Systems proficiency—comfortable navigating CRM, AI, asset management, and other platforms.
  • High agency and ownership when executing on deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience in asset management, appraising equipment, lease operations, procurement, or a related function is a plus.
