Associate Application Analyst-Epic Bridges

About the role

The Associate Application Analyst supports and assists in managing assigned applications within Temple Health. They participate in application projects, helping to meet project deadlines and goals, and learn the development of new features. Responsibilities also include testing and implementing vendor releases and system upgrades, and assisting in resolving system issues.

Responsibilities

• Supports and assists in managing assigned applications within Temple Health
• Participates in application projects, meeting project deadlines and goals
• Learns the development of new features
• Tests and implements vendor releases and system upgrades
• Assists in resolving system issues
• Provides basic technical and functional application analysis
• Helps define system requirements
• Aids in developing logical data models
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to learn about system functionality and assist in configuring new features to increase user productivity within the application

Requirements

• Three days on-site (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) at Temple Health Women's and Families Hospital

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field preferred
• One year experience in related role with an ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve problems efficiently

Skills

• General experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations
• General experience in healthcare IT
