Associate Analyst, Growth Strategy

Responsibilities

• Pull and analyze owned revenue performance on a reoccurring basis (monthly/quarterly), monitoring benchmarks, delivering insights to optimize content and keeping stakeholders updated on KPI pacing to ensure yearly goals are achieved.
• Proactively use data to uncover and quantify opportunities to identify growth opportunities, uncover unmet audience needs and whitespaces, optimize content, acquire new audiences, improve loyalty and maximize revenue potential.
• Build pitch decks and reports with clear narratives that resonate across a wide range of stakeholders— from creatives to executives to partners.
• Cross-collaborate to optimize acquisition and revenue experiences across platforms, providing a data-driven, objective perspective that aligns cross-functional teams on performance against key goals.
• Partner with research to maintain data accuracy, identify inefficiencies, gaps, data issues, or recurring pain points; help design solutions that reduce manual work and increase quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical experience in digital publishing, affiliate marketing or related data-focused roles
• Strategic & analytical acumen: You can break down ambiguous questions, design rigorous analyses, and turn data into clear recommendations.
• Technical competency across: Excel (pivot tables, modeling) and Data visualization (Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Looker, Data Studio, or similar)
• Data-driven individual with the ability to dig into large data sets to interpret findings, analyze trends, recognize anomalies and build testing plans based
• Able to collaborate and work cross-functionally, with creative and analytical teams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and practical. Multitasker who knows how to prioritize effectively to get things done
• Adept in strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and creative problem-solving
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a drive to constantly learn and grow
