About the role
This job is a member of the People Analytics Team within the People Division. You’ll provide analytical expertise and project management to the American Human Resources (HR) Department and drive initiatives that result in cost savings and process efficiencies. You’ll lead and perform data analysis, develop and implement strategies, create forecast models, and establish "best practices" within HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Conceive and develop analytical models
- Define and track performance metrics, develop scorecards, and drive improvement initiatives
- Develop forecasting models to drive decisions and strategy
- Integrate and manage large data sets to help tell stories that will help the business make decisions by providing insights and recommendations
- Complete other related projects, as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training
- 2 years of experience in an HR or People Analytics role
- Experience using innovative thinking with a high degree of motivation and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree or Master’s degree in Business Administration
