About the role

Stewardship Advisors, LLC is seeking an Associate Advisor to support their client-focused financial planning and investment management services. This role works closely with Lead Advisors, serving as a key second chair in client meetings while helping prepare, implement, and follow through on comprehensive financial plans.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Lead Advisors in client meetings
  • Help prepare, implement, and follow through on comprehensive financial plans
  • Coordinate recommendations and manage client follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external professionals such as CPAs and attorneys

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, financial planning, or a related field
  • CFP certification or active progress toward CFP certification (strongly preferred)
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advisory or related roles
  • Proficiency with technology, required; proficiency in financial planning software and tools for client analysis, preferred
  • Proven ability to assist in developing and implementing financial plans tailored to clients' needs
  • Experience building client relationships and supporting the delivery of personalized financial guidance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential
  • Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred

Qualifications
