About the role
We are seeking a charismatic, highly motivated, and meticulously detail-oriented Account Manager to join our high-performing team at Vertis Wealth. The ideal candidate will manage key relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams while executing daily projects with precision and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and anticipate client needs daily, providing rapid, top-tier service.
- Play a vital role in new acquisitions, supporting Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, Accountants, and Attorneys.
- Expertly organize and maintain complex calendars.
- Help, prep, and execute essential financial planning paperwork with zero errors.
- Review and compile thorough account reviews.
- Document the CRM system with meticulous detail on all client communications.
- Actively help build and foster a robust client referral system.
- Attend high-profile client events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Strongly Preferred: Life and Health License
- Preferred: Series 65 (will be handled by Vertis)
- 2+ years of experience in the financial industry
- Significant familiarity with financial markets and a crystal-clear understanding of the advice process
- Mastery of Effective and Efficient Time Management
- Expert CRM Experience
