We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings; fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: Job description, duties, responsibilities, qualifications, requirements, benefits, pay, schedule, work location, etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide which sections to include. Likely: About the role (maybe from Position Description), Responsibilities (Job Duties And Responsibilities), Requirements (Qualifications And Requirements), Benefits (Pay & Benefits), Pay (maybe combine with Benefits?), Schedule (Work Location includes expected work hours). Could also have a Skills section (maybe from Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities). But we need to avoid thin sections. We can combine Qualifications and Requirements into one section maybe "Qualifications". Or separate "Requirements" and "Skills". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose which to include based on content. We have: - Position Description: "Anoka County Community Social Services and Behavioral Health is committed to meeting people's needs through quality services. The department has an immediate opening for an Associate Administrative Assistant who will perform various duties. In this position, you'll provide centralized control and management for the department's operational and secretarial needs. Some of the critical responsibilities include general office management, such as record keeping, data entry, purchasing and financial activities, clerical and secretarial support, and coordinating special projects. This is a full-time, non-exempt, on-site position. Interviews will take place in the week of September 28, 2026, for those selected to move forward in the hiring process." That's about the role. - Pay & Benefits: includes salary range, 24 days paid flexible time off, up to 12.5 paid holidays, comprehensive insurance, medical/dental clinic exclusive to employees, pension plan, advancement/professional development opportunities. - Work Location: on-site at address, expected work hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. - Job Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties. - Qualifications And Requirements: Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed: requires high school diploma. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Needed: intermediate level skills in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Teams. Experience working with SharePoint or Civic Plus. Experience working with ADA Compliance and WCAG for documents. Experience working in a mental health environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong grammar and proofreading skills. Organizational skills. - Physical Demands and Work Conditions: could be part of Requirements or maybe separate but we can include under Requirements. - Selection Process, Pre-employment Requirements: maybe not needed as they are procedural; but they are substantive? Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Selection Process and Pre-employment Requirements might be considered procedural but not exactly boilerplate; but they are part of hiring process. However they might be considered application instructions? Not sure. Safer to omit them as they are not core job content. The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." But also "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Selection Process could be considered application instructions. I'd lean to omit. - About Anoka County: mission statement; could be considered About the role? Might be considered boilerplate? It's descriptive of organization; could be included under About the role or maybe separate "About Anoka County". But we have limited headings; we could include under About the role. - Commitment to Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employment: definitely boilerplate; remove. - Apply here link: application instruction; remove. - Minimum Education Required Not Specified etc: placeholder; we should not create sections for those if they are "Not Specified". So we ignore those lines. - Shift Other, Number of Openings 1, Compensation, Postal Code, Job Type Full Time, Place of Work On-site, Requisition ID 71998, Job Benefits: these are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into short

or drop. Probably drop them. Thus we will produce sections:

    About the role

with paragraph(s) from Position Description and maybe About Anoka County mission.

    Responsibilities

    with
    • list of duties from Job Duties And Responsibilities.

      Requirements

      with
      • list of qualifications: high school diploma required; preferred skills etc. Could separate required vs preferred but we can just list. We could also have

        Skills

for preferred skills, but we can combine. We need to avoid thin sections; maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one "Qualifications". But the instruction gave separate headings; we can choose to include only those with substantive content. We have substantive content for Requirements (minimum and preferred). We could also have Skills section for preferred skills, but that might be thin if we split. Better to have one "Qualifications" section covering both required and preferred. We also need Benefits and Pay and Schedule sections if they have specific content. Pay: we have salary range and hourly. That's specific. So we can have

        Pay

with paragraph. Benefits: we have list of benefits: 24 days paid flexible time off, up to 12.5 paid holidays, comprehensive insurance, medical/dental clinic, pension plan, advancement/professional development opportunities. That's specific. So

        Benefits

        with
        • . Schedule: we have expected work hours Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Also work location on-site. Could be Schedule section. So

          Schedule

with paragraph. We should not repeat job title. We must not include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

We need to ensure no extra sections like "About Anoka County" duplicated; we included mission in About the role. Check for any boilerplate left: we omitted EEO, application instructions, selection process, pre-employment requirements, etc. Good. Check for duplicated lines: we didn't repeat. Check for any placeholder like "Not Specified": we omitted. Check for any content we missed: The posting also mentions "Advancement opportunities exist for individuals motivated to move up within Anoka County." That's covered in Benefits (advancement/professional development opportunities). Also "Come join our team at Anoka County where you can serve your community while enjoying the
