Associate Accounts Receivable Representative

Responsibilities

• Ensure payments by primary and secondary payers and/or self-pay patients are accurate
• Responsible for thorough and timely patient account follow up to ensure accurate accounts receivable reporting
• Accurate and timely follow up and resolution for all accounts receivable
• Maintain and meet cash collection metrics and goals
• Effectively and independently handle second level reimbursement issues, contracted and non-contracted denials for serviced before and after procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Recent Healthcare Denials and appeals experience is required
• Familiarity with EOB and reading medical policies from payers

Pay

$22.00/Hr.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with hours anywhere between 7am - 6pm EST / 6am - 5pm CST
