🚀 Associate Account Manager - Remote
About The Role
We're hiring an analytical, highly-organized Associate Account Strategist / Account Manager to grow into a core client-facing role at a fast-moving performance marketing agency. This isn't a passive support role, you'll work directly alongside senior strategists, support real client accounts from day one, and build the skills to eventually own relationships end-to-end. If you're a recent grad who's driven, organized, and genuinely curious about how performance marketing works - this is the launchpad.
About The Agency
The agency helps 7- and 8-figure eCommerce and SaaS brands grow through paid media, creative strategy, CRO, and SEO. They started by fixing one friend's underperforming ads — sales grew 200% in 6 months — and they've been building from those results ever since. They move fast, test constantly, and hold their work to a high standard. One recent example: a brand scaled from $0 to $18M in 5 months. They're fully remote and focused on doing excellent work and keeping each other sharp.
What You'll Do
- Client Support: Co-pilot client calls by preparing meeting decks and performance reports. Support day-to-day client communication by monitoring communication channels and drafting clear updates, responses, and recaps.
- Performance Tracking: Routinely monitor performance dashboards across digital channels (paid media, creative, CRO, SEO) to track key metrics, organize data, and help highlight performance trends.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the organizational engine for the account team by documenting, assigning, and tracking client requests and meeting action items inside our project management tools.
- Operations & Documentation: Maintain high organizational standards by executing repeatable workflows rather than one-off tasks. Help update internal playbooks, document team workflows, and use AI tools to increase daily efficiency.
- Account Leadership Track: Gradually take on direct client communication, lead portions of strategic discussions, and prepare to fully step into independent account ownership.
What We're Looking For
- Marketing Foundation: A degree in Marketing and/or 1 – 2 years of experience working inside a marketing agency or marketing department in a support, administrative, or junior-level role.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You are a strong verbal and written communicator with the natural capability to converse and interact professionally with clients.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: You default to an investigative approach and possess a strong bias towards action. When faced with a roadblock – whether it is a workflow bottleneck, a client challenge, or a shift in account data – your instinct is to thoroughly diagnose the root cause, formulate possible solutions, and proactively take the next steps to resolve it.
- Organization & Follow-Through: You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You are able to prioritize your workload effectively and excel at closing the loop – ensuring that tasks are fully completed and the team is updated so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Remote Work & Tech Literacy: Comfort operating independently and staying highly visible in a fully remote environment. You are genuinely curious about modern software and AI tools (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Slack, ChatGPT) and eager to leverage them for maximum productivity.
- Enthusiasm for Marketing: You possess a genuine passion for the digital marketing landscape and a powerful drive to grow your career and expertise in the space
