About the role
The candidate will support the Account Management team with campaign management, learn to present insightful reports, and collaborate internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Support a portfolio of clients, ensuring optimal performance.
- Work with the Trading team to ensure campaigns are pacing and performing as desired.
- Present best-in-class insight reports blending campaign performance and real business challenges.
- Schedule ongoing check-ins with clients and team, ensuring timely delivery of all client reporting and ad hoc requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Attend AM-related trainings and complete Accreditation modules to maintain product knowledge.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strategize with senior team members to provide advice on solving clients' business challenges.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experience.
- Aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including pivot tables, chart-making, and presentation building (a plus!).
