The Role
Landscape Concepts Management (LCM) seeks an Associate Account Manager to join our vibrant local business, part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. The ideal candidate will build and foster relationships with LCM clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Build and foster relationships with LCM clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in presenting recommendations for property improvements, proper horticulture procedures, and quality service within budget.
- Manage all customer communication within client portfolio alongside the Account Management team.
- Promote landscape enhancements to beautify existing properties.
- Maintain a schedule for client/site visits to ensure quality and service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Work with the Operations team in resolving customer problems or concerns.
- Achieve revenue, profitability, and contract renewal goals.
- Ensure renewals of each current account within the customer portfolio.
Requirements
- 1+ years' experience in the landscape industry in an account management or similar capacity.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong organization and conflict management abilities.
- Capacity to make critical judgments, solve problems, and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Determination to exceed the goals of position, department, and company by working independently and as an effective leader.
- Experience in managing enhancement sales and estimation.
