About the Role
We currently have an opening for a Sales Associate Account Manager to join our growing Sales organization in the Pacific NW region. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual who wants to pursue and grow a career in sales. In this role you will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales Leadership team and Major Account Managers in the region to perform internal sales support functions including new sales pipeline development, lead generation, field marketing activities and sales operations support for Field Account Managers in region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct lead generation calls and email campaigns with key customer influencers and present the Arista value proposition to generate new meetings for Field Account Managers.
- Generate new opportunities for Arista's Software-Driven Data Center, Hyper-scaler Cloud Networking and VeloCloud SD-WAN platforms and solutions specifically to large enterprise customers in the PNW.
- Drive new attendees to marketing events.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of quarterly field marketing events and track attendance metrics.
- Provide Sales operations support for Field Account Managers including sales quotes and assistance, order submissions, and assistance with billing issues.
- Attend sales training and shadow Senior Account Managers for career progression to a Field Territory Account Manager position.
- Keep up-to-date with technology partner solutions, competing solutions and competitor strategies.
Qualifications
- BS/BA/BBA degree or equivalent in addition to 2-3 years of technology sales experience.
- You possess previous experience in roles or internships in Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations or Sales Associate.
- Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
- You have a passion for technology and a strong technical acumen in any of the following areas, Cloud, Networking, Virtualization, Network Security, Compute, SaaS/IaaS, Wireless (Wifi), Network Monitoring.
Benefits
The new hire base pay for this role has a base salary range from $70,000 to $92,000. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and US location. The salary range provided reflects the base salary and in addition this position is also eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, wellbeing, tax savings and income protection.
