This is a Customer Support Representative role supporting existing customers and prospecting for new opportunities in the territory. Join us at an opportune time for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.
• Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver in-service training on-site with customers.
• Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
• Develop a working relationship with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information related to enhancing existing relationships with the customers.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university.
• Full-time, field-based position offered by Millennium Health.
• 2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success.
• Healthcare experience required.
• Prior experience in pain management preferred.
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
• CRM experience (preferably Sales Force) and comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road.
• Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
• Able to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings.
• Able to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
• Able to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.
