This is a Customer Support Representative role supporting existing customers and prospecting for new opportunities in the territory. Join us at an opportune time for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing customers and prospects in the region to uncover new sales opportunities for the Territory Manager.
- Provide training to clinical staff on sample collection and order processing and deliver in-service training on-site with customers.
- Plan onsite visits with existing customers to address customer concerns, sample issues, and billing.
- Develop a working relationship with multiple internal teams to resolve customer issues and share information related to enhancing existing relationships with the customers.
Requirements
- BA or BS degree from a four-year, accredited university.
- Full-time, field-based position offered by Millennium Health.
- 2+ years with a demonstrated track record of continued, progressive sales success.
- Healthcare experience required.
- Prior experience in pain management preferred.
- Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
- CRM experience (preferably Sales Force) and comfortable using a range of technology platforms while on the road.
- Clean driving record and ability to maintain a home office.
- Able to travel overnight within the territory and attend conferences and company meetings.
- Able to ensure HIPAA, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to.
- Able to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.
