Associate Account Executive
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter eager to develop their career in healthcare technology sales. This position will support a sales team that handles the end-to-end sales cycle and will be responsible for researching sales prospects and cultivating those contacts for the team.
Responsibilities
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of: XiFin’s value proposition, the markets we support and our product and service offerings
- Identify and qualify new business and white space opportunities that will support a sales pipeline for the sales team
- Identify and qualify white space opportunities
- Use multiple methods of outreach to communicate with both existing and new accounts
- Regularly track and update activity in Salesforce
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive products
- Measure activity and results through KPI tracking
- Participate in projects and other job duties as assigned
Requirements
- Results-oriented mindset and a competitive spirit with a high level of self-motivation and a desire to succeed
- Highest level of organization and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team structure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or relevant scientific discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in process
- Experience with prospecting
- 1+ year of experience in sales or sales support

Pay
The expected hourly range for this role is $30.00-$34.00 plus KPI achievement incentives, based on your experience, skills, Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary accordingly.
