Associate Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Ensures that all activities performed align with the vision of Elara Caring’s board of directors, executive team, and the leadership of the sales team.
• Gathers information on assigned referral sources.
• Makes in-person sales calls to gather their needs and provide solutions.
• Provides ongoing support to retain customers.
• Sets up and maintains regular communication with referral sources and partners.
• Suggests Elara Caring services that maximize the referral sources' outcomes and desired outcomes.
• Collaborates with Key Account Managers, Clinical teams, and internal partners to support sales plans for key clients.
• Promotes new products/services to existing customers.
• Reports and follows-up on identified patient concerns and quality of care issues to the appropriate individuals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or a combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver customer satisfaction.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Must have a dependable vehicle, valid drivers license and auto insurance in accordance with the laws of the state.

Qualifications

• Must be able to report to the Area Vice President of Sales.

Pay

Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
