About the role
This is a full-time (40 hours/week) sales role located in the SoMa office. The goal is to transition into a full closing role focused on expanding the ICP up-market and increasing ACVs.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation, qualification, and booking demos through phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person networking.
- Full-cycle pipeline management, working leads generated from growth marketing efforts and multi-thread accounts to reach decision-makers.
- Strategy & collaboration, partnering with the growth and sales teams to refine prospect targeting, messaging, and outreach playbooks.
- Consistently achieve and push the limits of your quota and growth objectives.
Requirements
- Working insanely hard: Make things happen and don't wait for instructions.
- Patterning: Operate effectively off very little information and navigate ambiguity.
- Sales tech: Proficient with (or able to quickly learn) CRM and modern sales engagement tools.
- Building: Enjoy working independently and building processes from the ground up.
- High intensity: Love talking to and listening to people.
- Organized: Stay on top of high-volume outreach and run multiple plays simultaneously without dropping the ball.
