Job Responsibilities

• Previous manufacturing experience considered an asset.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to changing situations.
• Strong knowledge of machining practices, tools and fixtures.
• Excel in working in a team environment.
• Familiarity with product construction and application.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently without direct supervision.
• Excellent leadership skills, including strong oral and written communication abilities, especially for group presentations.
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in quality and productivity.
• Experience in safety, quality, and housekeeping on the plant floor.
• Prior lead experience may be considered.
• Fork lift certification required within 45 days of starting the position.
