Assoc Partner, Consult Partner - Insurance

For our client, we are seeking a Assoc Partner, Consult Partner - Insurance to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will focus on growing and expanding strategic insurance relationships through consultative selling and trusted advisory work. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to uncover whitespace opportunities, shape technology-driven solutions, and support complex transformations across specialty insurance markets. The position also requires strong cross-functional leadership to align internal teams and deliver measurable client outcomes. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $185,760 – $334,320 annually Responsibilities Inherit and grow a small portfolio of insurance accounts into profitable relationships Identify and convert whitespace opportunities within existing accounts Engage with CXOs to provide strategic technology consulting Drive client satisfaction and secure references for expanded engagement Lead multi-disciplinary teams through complex insurance transformations Qualifications 5-10 years in consulting or business development within the insurance sector Deep knowledge of Specialty Insurance markets and underwriting processes Strong network among Specialty carriers, brokers, and MGAs Proven track record in account growth and pipeline development Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and their application in insurance Benefits Comprehensive medical and dental coverage Disability and retirement benefits Paid leave and paid time off Annual discretionary bonus program based on performance Opportunity to participate in a sales commission plan if applicable Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
