Job Summary

Principal Duties/Responsibilities (essential Functions)

• Communicate with different users across the facility to understand and solve their issues with different applications using common and team knowledge.
• Participate in the creation of Business Analysis processes and related documentation.
• Participates in the overall testing of new applications evolutions.
• Participates in the technical feasibility studies
• Collaborates with the Information Systems teams to define possible technical solutions

Non-principal Duties/Responsibilities (non-essential Functions)

Minimum Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, or Applied Science from an accredited College or University, –or-
• Certification as a registered professional engineer in any state of the United States that requires an examination to be certified.
• May substitute 2 years of directly related work experience for 1 year of college education.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft applications

Additional Desired Qualifications

• Visual Basic (or other programming language).
• Database principles
• Business Analyst experience

Work Conditions

• Work in an open office at a computer for long periods of time.
• On occasion, may be around loud noises (riveting, aircraft engines, etc. )

Compensation And Benefits

• The compensation for this position typically falls between $58,543.00 and $78,193.00 per year.
• This position is not eligible for overtime under FLSA guidelines.
• Note, the final compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of relevant experience, Falcon-specific experience, relevant education/certifications, geographic location, and shift.
