Assoc Director, Program Management Office - Digital Transformation (Remote)

About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within an Aerospace & Defense environment.

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation

$157,200 – $298,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead digital optimization strategy development across enterprise
• Evaluate digital transformation services against industry standards
• Identify digital needs and propose new service offerings
• Ensure programs adhere to RTX Enterprise Program Management methodology
• Assess program risks and develop contingency plans

Qualifications

• University Degree with 12 years experience or Advanced Degree and 10 years experience, or 16 years of relevant experience without a degree
• Experience in digital strategy development and implementation
• Strong collaborative and communication skills with senior leaders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive-level communication
• Required U.S. citizenship
