Assoc., Dir, Market Access & Account Mgmt. Training (remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Assoc., Dir, Market Access & Account Mgmt. Training (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote leadership role will drive training strategy and capability building for market access and account management teams. The person in this position will develop learning programs that strengthen payer knowledge, reimbursement expertise, and customer-facing effectiveness. This role partners closely with brand and regulatory stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate, compliant, and aligned to business needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $170,900 – $224,300 annually Responsibilities Enhance team capabilities in market access and account management skills Ensure the team is knowledgeable in key areas such as payer landscape and reimbursement processes Develop continuous learning tools and training programs aligned to brand needs Oversee regulatory review processes for all training materials before rollout Facilitate virtual training delivery and support ongoing learning engagement Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align training priorities with business objectives Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related experience 5+ years of Account Management or Market Access experience Prior experience in therapeutic areas such as Neurology or Oncology Proficiency in patient support services, payer MA analysis tools, and reimbursements Experience with buy and build and data analytics regarding payers Strong background in delivering large group presentations at meetings Experience in virtual training design, delivery, and learning management systems Benefits Participation in the Annual Incentive Plan Eligibility for the Long Term Incentive Plan Access to comprehensive employee benefit programs Potential for additional unspecified benefits Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
