Job Summary

The Associate Director of Employee Well-Being develops, implements, and evaluates comprehensive well-being programs, including challenges and training/workshops, to support employee well-being. This position plays a key role in fostering a healthy workplace culture by educating employees on well-being practices, preventative health, and behavioral change strategies aligned with organizational health goals.

Primary Duties

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide leadership and supervision to student and professional staff developing programs, marketing campaigns, and initiatives focused on impacting employee well-being
  • Develop curricula and facilitate workshops, seminars, and training sessions for faculty and staff based on identified needs
  • Manage, report, and publicize Employee Well-Being’s progress toward the achievement of unit, divisional, and university objectives
  • Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including university administrators, faculty, staff, and community partners
