About the role
This Full-Time position offers the opportunity to advance your financial and analytical skills with diverse responsibilities in cashiering, settlement, accounts receivable and payable, and departmental Global Control Standards compliance. The role supports period-end results, runs and reviews reports for discrepancies, and investigates inaccuracies as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cashiering processes using internal and external systems
- Conduct daily dispute case research and resolution using internal systems
- Research short pays and rebills weekly/daily, analyze trends, and correct issues
- Assist with location onboarding processes as needed
- Perform period-end reconciliation of internal ledgers and trend reporting
- Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
- Monitor email and phone calls; proactively respond to and coordinate issues
- Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
- Organize and maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
- Interact daily with all functional teams
- Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential material
- Work proficiently and calmly under pressure
- Administer specific applications and time-bound processes accurately and timely
- Provide basic administrative support (phones, copies, office supplies, etc.)
- Create customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, or macros
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned to support the team
- Support community projects and assist management to provide more time with front-line teams
- Demonstrate analytical ability to summarize data, develop recommendations, and implement solutions
- Perform all functions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate findings into actionable solutions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills across multiple platforms
- Exceptional attention to detail and results orientation
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn various in-house software applications

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 and $63,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
