Assitant Manager– Product Development (Commercial & Technical)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee capacity management and material planning;
• Conduct regular stock reviews focusing on slow-moving inventory;
• Perform "Plan vs. Actual" tracking for material usage;
• Investigate shortages and develop action plans;
• Cook with plants for trial runs and commercial scaling of new products;
• Ensure all development processes align with FSMS knowledge and ERP documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Tech/ M.Sc in Food Technology;
• Experience: 5+ years in PD/NPD with a strong understanding of commercial material management;
• Technical Skills: Expertise in ERP, analytical MIS, and material usage investigation.
