The manager analyzes data to inform product strategies, and supports sourcing activities to meet timelines and accuracy standards. This position promotes ethical standards and continuous improvement while ensuring products meet customer needs and organizational goals through effective communication and strategic oversight.

What you'll do

  • Manage product throughout the entire lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive product development initiatives and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze data to inform product strategies and identify trends.
  • Oversee sample assortments, approvals, and production processes.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and address potential product issues and recommend effective solutions.
  • Cross-functional communication to maintain alignment and meet production timelines.

What you'll bring

  • Proven experience managing product lifecycle processes, ensuring quality and alignment with customer needs.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional project management and collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Expertise in product strategy development, including research, data analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend effective solutions to resolve product issues.
  • Proficiency in supply chain coordination, sourcing documentation, and audit compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to update stakeholders and drive product development initiatives.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, process improvement, and meeting project milestones.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 2 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area OR
  • 4 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.
