Assistive Technology Specialist - Bemidji, MN
About the role
As a Specialist, you will evaluate, provide products, and educate on assistive technologies such as wheeled mobility, seating, alternative positioning, ambulation assistance, environmental controls, and augmented communication. You will also be responsible for fitting and adjusting devices to meet the needs of consumers with disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer needs and assist in selecting appropriate assistive technology.
- Provide training in the use of selected assistive devices.
- Put together and fit chairs as needed.
- Make appropriate adjustments to chairs as required.
Requirements
- Completed schooling to become certified as an Assistive Technology Professional through RESNA.
- Maintain certification as an Assistive Technology Professional from RESNA.
- Possess a valid Class D driver's license.
- Maintain a good driving record.

$29.00 - $46.50 per hour
Schedule
Full time, 8 hours per day, 40 weekly hours
