Qualifications

• Background in fitness, wellness, or health profession
• Hands-on learner with a passion for helping and wellness
• Able to complete and pass certification training
• Willing to learn and perform the sales process after learning the stretcher position

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols/certification
• Assess member needs and apply correct protocols
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of every interaction with each member, prospect, and other staff
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized studio
• Assist with contacting members and prospects
• Work events as needed and schedule allows
