Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationships with healthcare professionals in the community, including interactions with residents’ healthcare providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of three to five years in home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.
