Radford Green at Sedgebrook has been designated one of the top 1.4% of nursing homes in the country and #6 in the State by U.S. News and World Report. We are recruiting for a hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities, and actively promote an independent lifestyle for residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services to residents and assist in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

Requirements

• Current nursing license valid in the state worked.
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community.

Pay

LPN Rate: $30 - $38 per hour; RN Rate: $40 per hour. Shift Differential: $1.50 per hour.

Monday - Friday; 2:30PM - 10:30PM
