About the Role
We are seeking patient-centered LPNs to provide extraordinary care for our residents in a fun, team-focused environment. Nurses at Freedom Square are held to high standards, with a focus on accountability and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Administer medication and treatments to residents in our skilled nursing center.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Keep physicians and families informed of changes in resident conditions.
- Make rounds with physicians and transcribe orders.
- Ensure continuity of services and care.
- Respond to emergency call lights in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
- Current nursing license with the state of Florida.
- 6 months of nursing experience (preferred).
- Geriatric experience (preferred).
