About the role

Sedgeworks is seeking a Hospitality-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team at Radford Green at Sedgebrook. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and family/social activities.
• Promote an independent lifestyle for residents.
• Identify and monitor resident medical and behavioral changes, developing and updating care plans.
• Prepare daily reports to the Director of Health Services.
• Provide nursing care as per physician's orders, adhering to recognized nursing practices and policies.
• Ensure preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services for residents, coordinating care with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Current nursing license valid in the state.
• Willingness to be available for all emergencies related to the community.

Pay

$30 - 37 per hour with a shift differential of $1.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday - Friday; 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM.
