Assisted Living Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse in an Assisted Living community serving adults with developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care, including medication administration and health monitoring.Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and implement individualized care plans to promote dignity, independence, and inclusion.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive resident care.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to deliver compassionate, respectful care in a supportive environment.
