Assistante / Assistant Projet - Alternance
About the role
We are looking for an apprentice to join our PMO team in La Rochelle. The role may require access to information covered by national defense secrecy, and the selected candidate may undergo a security clearance process in accordance with the provisions of articles R.2311-1 and following of the Defense Code and IGI 1300 SGDSN/PSE of August 9, 2021.
Responsibilities
- Assist the PMO team in implementing and monitoring project management processes and participate in preparing and updating project schedules.
- Contribute to the creation and updating of project dashboards and reports.
- Help manage project risks and issues.
- Participate in coordinating project meetings and drafting minutes.
- Assist in managing project resources and budgets.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies and document best practices in project management.
Requirements
- Student in an engineering school or university, specializing in project management, management, or engineering with a strong interest in technological innovation.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
- Minimum B2 level of English.
