Assistant Youth Sports Coach - Golf & Tennis (Part-Time)

About the role

TGA North Bay is hiring Assistant Coaches to help lead their after-school golf and tennis programs for kids across Marin & Sonoma. No prior coaching experience is required — they will train you!

Schedule

• Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00–5:00 PM (flexible, varies by school)
• Optional Hours: Weekend clinics & substitute coaching opportunities

What You’ll Do

• Help run fun, safe, and engaging after-school classes
• Auxiliary coaching support for golf and tennis instruction
• Manage small groups of kids and encourage participation
• Set up and clean up equipment
• Substitute for classes when needed

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Enjoys working with kids (ages 5–12)
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Some golf/tennis experience helpful (but not required)
• Must pass a background check
• Must have reliable transportation to schools around Marin & Sonoma
