Essential Functions
- Affords assistance to the Head Coach in organizing and conducting practice sessions and game preparations.
- Identifies, recruits, coaches, and develops high-level athletes for the program.
- Organizes official and unofficial visits.
- Assists the Head Coach in all phases of student-athlete mentoring, fundraising, game management, and scheduling.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Past competitive and/or coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level, is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required due to the necessity of travel for the position.
- Strong organizational, oral, written, teaching, and computer skills are required.
- Advanced knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations is preferred.
