ASSISTANT WOMEN’S BASKETBALL COACH

About the role

The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach reports to the Director of Athletics and Recreation, supervised by the Head Women’s Basketball Coach.

Responsibilities

• Aids in the organization, administration, and implementation of the Women’s Basketball program.
• Collaborates with the Head Coach in recruiting student athletes for the basketball team.
• Participates in organizing and executing individual workouts, scouting, and practice planning.
• Assists in travel planning for the team.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in sports-related field.
• Experience as a college basketball coach or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven success in coaching at the collegiate level.
• Experience with player development and academic support.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$40,000 - $45,000 annually.

Schedule
