Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach

About the Role

The university is seeking to add an Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach, Assistant Women's Soccer Coach, Assistant Men's Basketball Coach, Assistant Golf Coach, Assistant Softball Coach, Maintenance Technician, Graduate Assistant/Assistant Esports Coach, Graduate Assistant Women's Volleyball, Sports Information Director, and Graduate Assistant Men's Basketball.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for athletes
• Manage team travel and logistics
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance team performance
• Work closely with student-athletes to improve their skills and academic success
• Attend games and practices to provide support and guidance
• Conduct recruiting activities to identify and evaluate potential recruits
• Manage team budgets and financial records
• Oversee team equipment and facilities
• Participate in departmental meetings and events

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with budget management and financial record keeping

• Experience with sports analytics and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of NCAA compliance procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Pay
